Imagination Library

The Scott County Public Library Board of Trustees will have two vacancies on July 1, 2024.  Trustees are volunteer public officials with powers delegated to them as a public trust.  Duties include fulfilling legal responsibilities established by statute as well as approving policies, budgets, and strategic plans.  Trustees must be legal residents of Scott County and be available to attend Board meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m.  All trustees serve a four-year term, and should be willing to advocate for the library and intellectual freedom.  If you are interested in becoming a trustee, please complete this application and submit it to SCPL Executive Director Patti Burnside patti.burnside@scottpublib.org  by March 31, 2024.
