Pre-Reader's Summer Reading Form

Complete 20 pre-reading activities, put a sticker on each activity you've completed, and come back to the library to choose a prize!

Summer Reading Challenge Form

Here's how it works:

1. Choose how many minutes you'd like each sticker to represent - 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or whatever you'd like. Make it challenging so that you'll be reading all summer long.

2. When you've earned 10 stickers, bring this reading record with you to the library to redeem your stickers for ten "Library Rocks." Make sure the librarian initials your reading record and writes down how many minutes you've read.

3. Then, trade your rocks for prizes from our Summer Reading Prize Wall. You may return to the library throughout the summer until you've filled your reading record with all 50 reading stickers and traded in all of your library rocks for prizes.

Teen Program

Get a Reading Log at the Library or print one here. For every 150 pages that you read, you will receive one raffle ticket to enter into a drawing of your choosing. Prizes will be drawn on August 13.

Printable Reading Log

There will also be a passive program available each week. Each teen who completes the week's program will earn a raffle ticket.
