The Vernon Parish Library Board met in regular session, Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 3:30 p.m.

Members present were Mrs. McKee, Mrs. Skinner, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Bealer and Mr. Davis. Absent were Mrs. Westerchil and Mrs. Jones.

Mrs. Bealer led in opening prayer. 

Mr. Davis made the motion, seconded by Mrs. McKee to approve the minutes from the previous meeting.

Mr. Coy presented the financial, statistical and Director’s reports.

There being no other business, meeting was adjourned.
