- Entries will be received at Gumtown Park on Sunday, May 19th between 9 & 10 am. Late entries (after 10 am will not be judged)Exhibitors must be at least 12 years of ageFive entries per ExhibitorAll hanging entires MUST be wired securely for hangingEntries must be picked up between 4 & 4:30 pm, May 19, 2013All entries must be original worksNeither the committee or the Library are responsible for breakage, improper wiring or loss of entries.

- Entrant must be a resident of Redbank Valley School DistrictEntrant must be a female at least 16 years old by September 20, 2013 and not exceed 19 years by the same dateEntrant must be single, never married and have no children. Entrant must not be pregnant during the time of the contestEntrant must be available for appearances during the three day festival, September 20, 21 & 22, 2013
