Greg Woods from the Alzheimer's Association will present the program. He delves into the latest research into how we can age well and what our brain goes through as we get older. He will also touch on Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, and it's meant for anyone who would like to know what he or she can do to take care of one's body and mind.
