Tennessee READS & Libby App

The Tennessee Regional Ebook and Audiobook download system offers free access to popular eBooks, audiobooks, and other e-materials with your library card. These digital titles can be downloaded or streamed to your personal computer or various portable devices such as smartphones, tablets, or e-readers. To use Tennessee READS go to https://reads.overdrive.com/.

To sign into your account, select "Portland Public Library" as your library, and then enter your library card number as it appears on the back of your library card. Please note that if your card has expired, or if you have $2.00 or more in fines on your account, you will not be able to log in and will need to contact the library to update your information or pay the fines.
