The Rockbridge Regional Library Bookmobile carries the following materials:

* Ask about TALKING BOOKS!
COMMUNITY STOPS
The Bookmobile serves senior centers and patrons of all ages in rural communities. Anyone can use the Bookmobile!
SCHOOL VISITS
During the school year, the bookmobile provides children? materials and programming to area schools and preschools.
HOMEBOUND SERVICE
Homebound service is available for patrons who are unable to travel to the library. If you or someone you know is interested in receiving homebound service, please contact Helen Presnell at 540.463.4322 ext. 101 or at hpresnell@rrlib.net.
DEPOSIT STATIONS
Deposit stations carry a small selection of books which can be checked out and returned to the deposit station. Selection is changed monthly. Deposit stations are located at the Granny's Attic store in Vesuvius and at the Williamsville Post Office. To request a new deposit station, contact Helen Presnell.
REQUESTING MATERIALSMaterials not found on the Bookmobile can be requested by phone or by using the online catalog found at www.rrlib.net. If you are using the online catalog, make sure to request BOOKMOBILE as your pick-up location.
RETURNING MATERIALS
Materials checked out on the Bookmobile may be returned to the Bookmobile or at any branch library.
LIBRARY CARDS
If you do not yet have a Rockbridge Regional Library card, you can get one on the Bookmobile!
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In case of inclement weather, visit the Rockbridge Regional Library? website at www.rrlib.net or call 540.463.4324 and listen to the automated message regarding closings. The Bookmobile will not run if the Rockbridge Regional Library is closed or if road conditions are hazardous.
HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
The Bookmobile follows the same holiday closing schedule as the Rockbridge Regional Library. Visit the Calendars webpage or call 540.463.4324 for holiday closing information.
