2. Dig Into Reading (K-6th grade)

These activities are targeted for students in elementary and middle school. Since this age group's abilities can vary so widely, we've planned a number of activities for all different levels from storytimes for early readers to book discussion groups for more advanced readers, and of course, fun activities and crafts for everyone!

Reading Logs

Beginning Saturday, June 1, track time spent reading on the Ready Log included in your registration packet. For every 15 minutes you read, fill in one bubble on your log. For each line of bubbles you complete, you'll be eligible for free prize coupons and a chance to enter the special prize drawings.

Every special program, storytime, craft session, or family event you attend will earn you another entry into the drawings, but you must be registered to win and all tickets must be entered by Wednesday, July 31 at 9:00PM. Drawings will take place on August 1st and will be announced at the Shark Swim Party at the Splash Zone.
