 The Southeast Arkansas Regional Library has expanded its services with eBooks and digital audiobooks available to enjoy from the library’s website. The Regional Library has joined the Arkansas Book Cooperative powered by Overdrive. A valid Library card allows holders to borrow popular digital media anytime, anywhere by clicking the ebook tab or by visiting http://arkansasbookcooperative.lib.overdrive.com/.

 

Users may browse the library’s website, borrow titles with a valid library card, and start reading or listening on all major computers and devices, including iPhone®, iPad®, Nook®, Android™ phones and tablets, and Kindle®.  Many titles can be enjoyed immediately on any device with an internet browser or downloaded into the free OverDrive app. All titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period but we ask that you would return the book when you are finished.   There are no late fees!

  Did you know you can register to vote @ the library?

 To be eligible to vote in Arkansas, you must:

Be a U.S. citizen.
Be an Arkansas resident (residing in Arkansas at least 30 days prior to the first election in which you will vote).
Be age 18 or turn 18 on or before the next election.
Not be a convicted felon whose sentence has not been discharged or pardoned.
Not be presently adjudged as mentally incompetent as to your ability to vote by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Citizens who are eligible to vote in Arkansas but are not currently registered to vote in Arkansas must complete and submit a Voter Registration Application at least 30 days prior to a scheduled election to be eligible to vote in that election. Voter registration forms are available at all branches of the Southeast Arkansas Regional Library.
