Cooking Matters for Kids


Is your child interested in learning about cooking healthy meals?

North Central District Health Department is partnering with the library to provide free, two-hour cooking classes for children who are 8 to 14 years old.

Space is limted, so parents must pre-register.  Classes  will be held Thursdays from 3-5 P.M. starting June 23 through July 28 (six classes).

  • Participants must be 16 years or older.
  • 2 entries per person / photographs must be 8"x10" or larger.
  • Entries / photographs must be framed and /or  hangable.
  • Entries / photographs will be on display September 6th-30th.
