The Gordon Library is committed to providing the students, faculty, and staff of UACCM access to high quality information resources. Our collection of online databases gives you access to journal articles, magazines, and scholarly eBooks. The majority of these resources are accessible at home unless otherwise noted. Resources listed below also include databases provided for all Arkansas residents through the Arkansas State Library's Traveler Database project.  The Traveler Database project is made possible by a grant from U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services to the Arkansas State Library under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act.  Additional state funds are provided by the Arkansas Department of Education. If necessary, off campus access information is provided for each resource. Arkansas Publications Index is a database of citations to information published on Arkansas subjects in selected magazines, county history journals, books and other Arkansas publications. Find the citation for the article you need and our library staff will borrow it for you.

Bartlett's Book of Familiar Quotations is a collection of passages, phrases, and proverbs traced to their sources in ancient and modern literature.

BioMed Central allows you to search over 200 peer-reviewed journals containing full-text articles focusing on biology and medicine.

Bloom's Literature (formally Bloom's Literary Reference Online) examines the lives and works of great writers throughout history. Consumer Health Complete provides content covering all areas of health and wellness from mainstream medicine to the many perspectives of complementary, holistic and integrated medicine, covering topics such as aging, cancer, diabetes, drugs & alcohol, fitness, nutrition & dietetics, children's health, men & women's health, etc. Off campus access requires an Arkansas based phone number, city, and zip code.

Discovering Collection provides access to research texts, criticism, and authors’ biographies and is a great place to find full-text articles for research projects. Enciclopedia Estudiantil Hallazgos is a beginning Spanish language reference tool that offers dozens of hands-on activities to engage different learning styles, providing a wealth of facts, images, and videos with Bilingual features to switch between Spanish and English content. Films On Demand is a digital video library, which allows you to view streaming videos. Subjects include; anthropology, art and architecture, archival films and newsreels, earth science, communication, history, politics, sociology, and world languages. Middle Search Plus provides full text for more than 140 popular, middle school magazines. All full text articles included in the database are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles).
