It’s a half hour filled with giggles and wiggles. An adult should remain in the children’s area throughout the program. Please sign up for this event.

Yoga is sponsored by the Blairstown Department of Recreation . There is a fee for this class and sign up is necessary through the Blairstown Recreation Department (362-6663, opt. 3)
This class explores the principles of alignment in the classical yoga postures and flowing movements called Vinyasas. Students will explore the link between breath and movement, along with building strength and flexibility. Prior yoga experience is helpful, but not required.
For Yoga classes a mat/towel, comfortable clothing and water bottle is recommeded.
