Lapsit Storytime and Sing-Along  for children 12 months - 36 months. Interactive storytime for very young children and a caregiver, lasting about 20 minutes. The program uses rhyme and repetition to build language and literacy skills. We'll sing, bounce, clap and share a story or two.

Welcome Spring with a jewelry wiring class in making an adorable bird's nest pendant complete with pearl eggs!  Wire and pearls will be supplied; please bring jewelry pliers if you own them. Class size is limited. So remember, the early bird gets the program!

Mon, May 20, 2013 -- Yoga presented by the Blairstown Recreation Dept. at 6:00 PM
Yoga is sponsored by the Blairstown Department of Recreation . There is a fee for this class and sign up is necessary through the Blairstown Recreation Department (362-6663, opt. 3)

This class explores the principles of alignment in the classical yoga postures and flowing movements called Vinyasas. Students will explore the link between breath and movement, along with building strength and flexibility. Prior yoga experience is helpful, but not required.

For Yoga classes a mat/towel, comfortable clothing and water bottle is recommeded.
