Library Card Application
To Apply For A Library Card:
People ages 4 and older who are residents of, work in, or own property in Newberry County, Saluda County, Union County, or Laurens County are eligible to apply for a library card with the following provisions:
Ages 4-14:
Parent and/or guardian must sign completed application and present indetification that shows current home mailing address.
Ages 15 and Older:
Patron must complete and sign application and present identification that shows current home mailing address. The Library requires verification of employment and/or ownership of property of people who reside outside of the county before the application can be processed.
