To Apply For A Library Card:

Citizens ages 4 and older who are residents of, work in, or own property in Newberry County, Saluda County, Union County, or Laurens County are eligible to apply for a library card with the following provisions:

Ages 4-14:

Parent and/or guardian must sign completed application and present indetification that shows current home mailing address.

Ages 15 and Older:

Patron must complete and sign application and present identification that shows current home mailing address. The Library requires verification of employment and/or ownership of property by applicant before application can be processed.

Out of Area Cards:   $35 Annually.
