How to get a library card.

New patrons in first grade and up are eligible to apply for a library card. Information needed is name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address (if available), and a photo ID and proof of residence. Children under the age of fourteen must have a parent or guardian sign for them.

Library cards are free and are good for 3 years. Please apply at the front desk by filling out a card application. The librarian will then issue you a card with a specific number.

Lost library cards can be replaced for a $2.00 charge.
