Meeting Room
Meeting room facilities at the Stacyville Public Library are available to any educational, cultural or other non-commercial,
non-profit, non-sectarian civic groups.
Other community groups may be allowed to use the meeting room at the discretion of the library director with the approval of the library board. A donation of $10.00 is suggested for these groups that are using the facilities to help defray the costs of supplies and utilities.
Meeting room size is 22'x25' and will seat 35-40. Space includes kitchenette, TV with DVD, tables and chairs and access to restrooms after open library hours. The person reserving the room is responsible for clean up including vacuuming the floor and washing the tables, countertops and any dishes used and returning the furniture to its original places.
Reservations for room use may be made at the circulation desk or by phone.
Use of the library space for meetings in no way implies library endorsement of ideas expressed in the meetings or of the aims and goals of the organization using the facilities.
