The Vernon Parish Library Board met in regular session, Wednesday, July 27, 2016l at 3:30 p.m.

Members present were Mrs. McKee, Mrs. Westerchil, Mrs. Jones, Mrs. Whitlock, Dr. Biggs and Mr. Davis. Absent was Mrs. Bealer.

Mrs. Westerchil led in opening prayer.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented. Motion by Dr. Biggs, seconded by Mrs. KcKee. Carried.

Mr. Coy presented the financial, statistical and Director’s report.

There being no other business, meeting was adjourned.
