The Vernon Parish Library met in regular session, Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 3:30 p.m.

Members president were Mr. Davis, Mrs. Westerchil, Mrs. Whitlock, Mrs. Jones and Mrs. McKee. Absent were Mrs. Bealer and Dr. Biggs.

Mrs. Westerchil called the meeting order.

Mrs. Whitlock led in opening prayer.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented. Motion by Mrs. McKee, seconded by Mrs. Jones. Carried.

The financial, statistical and director’s reports were presented by Mr. Coy.

New Business:
The Financial policies were presented. Motion made by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mrs. McKee to approve. Carried.

Mr. Coy presented information on a new AV disc cleaner. Motion made by Mrs. Whitlock, seconded by Mrs. Jones to approve. Carried.

Mr. Coy presented a list of equipment that no longer worked and requested permission to dispose of. Motion by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mrs. McKee. Carried.

Mr. Coy presented a proposed Security Camera policy. This was tabled for further research.

There being no other business, meeting was adjourned. Motion by Mr. Davis.
