Online

• To renew items online, click My Account.
• Log in using your Library card # (ex. 1SB000...) , and your PIN #: As of Feb. 1, 2023, your PIN will be the month and day of your birth.
• Click the "Account Activity" tab.  "Loans" will appear on the left.  When you click "Loans", every item on your account will be displayed.
• To renew your items, simply click the "Renew Loan" button for each item.
• If you get an error message, please contact the Library @ 615-384-5123.

Over the Phone

• Call the Library @ (615) 384-5123 to renew items over the phone.
• Please keep in mind that this is only possible if we have available time. 
• Otherwise, we will ask you to patiently wait as we assist those already in the Library.
• Patrons that make the effort to come into the Library take precendence over phone calls. 

Renewal Policy

• Books and magazines - May be checked out for 2 weeks and renewed two times if no one else has requested the item.
• Audiobooks (limit of 12 per card) - May be checked out for 2 weeks and renewed two times if no one else has requested the item.
• DVDs, Blu-rays, & VHS tapes (limit of 4 per household) - May be checked out for 1 week and renewed two times if no one else has requested the item.
• There are NO RENEWALS for HotSpots.
